Day 1 morning: Welcome, introductions, introduction to the program
Day 1 afternoon: Introduction to Organizational and Human Factors
Day 2: Engineering Organizational and Human Factors: overview and role of the SGS in FOH approaches, regulations applicable under the Seveso Directive (prevention of major accidents)
Day 3 and 4: The three angles for describing an SMS: operational, support, management; methods for designing and implementing an SMS; practical exercises and videos.
Day 4 afternoon: Round table discussion, closing and presentation of certificates
